Good to know
When your phone is sealed inside the main pocket, it cannot send or receive any signals — calls, messages, and location tracking are fully blocked. Check for missed messages before sealing for extended periods. The VELCRO closure must be pressed firmly along its full length to achieve complete blocking — a partial seal may not eliminate signals. Any pocket outside the main compartment is unshielded by design — use it for cards, cash, and small items, or for your phone when you want reduced body-contact EMF exposure but still need a signal.

Description

Signal-Proof Faraday Bag for Privacy, Security, and Travel

Did you know that even when your phone is fully powered off or on airplane mode, your location can still be tracked? The Ultra Armor ConcealShield Cell Phone Faraday Bag creates a complete Faraday cage around your device, blocking 100% of incoming and outgoing wireless signals when the VELCRO closure is fully sealed. Using 360° multi-layer full-spectrum signal attenuation, it is designed to block EMF, EMP, WiFi, Cellular, 5G, VHF, UHF, Bluetooth, Satellite, RFID/NFC, GPS, and HF — all at once, with no partial attenuation.

Made in the USA from military-grade ballistic nylon, the ConcealShield is built for daily carry in airports, offices, commutes, and public events. The Standard is a compact sealed pouch with a main shielded Faraday pocket and a single front accessory pocket for cards, cash, and small essentials. The Crossbody adds a back-side quick-access pocket and a detachable shoulder strap for hands-free carry. On both variants the shielded compartment performs identically.

If you want to reduce direct body contact with RF emissions but still receive a signal, place your phone in an unshielded accessory pocket rather than the main compartment.

On both variants, the secure VELCRO® seal creates a full-perimeter closure with no magnets, no zippers, and no signal gaps.

EMF + RFID Blocking Privacy Pouch

Most Faraday bags are built only to block unauthorized wireless access. The ConcealShield does that and more. Its Ultra Armor® multi-layer shielding also helps reduce the EMF radiation your phone emits while carried close to your body, making it a smarter choice for both digital privacy and everyday protection. You'll be off the grid and under the radar, while also minimizing the health risks of wireless EMF radiation exposure

Built for High-Risk Wireless Environments

Independently lab-tested to MIL-STD-461G (RS105) for EMP compliance, the ConcealShield is designed for people who want stronger privacy and control in environments where wireless vulnerability matters most. It is especially useful for:

  • Airports and crowded transit hubs

  • Daily commutes

  • Offices and sensitive meetings

  • Concerts, protests, and public events

  • Travel, school, business, and military-related use

Once sealed, your phone is cut off from surrounding networks and scanning systems, helping protect against RF hacking, GPS tracking, spying, anti-theft risks, passive RFID scanning, Bluetooth and WiFi scanning, cellular interception, and unauthorized data exposure.

Key Features
🛡️ 360° Multi-Layer Full Spectrum Signal Attenuation
Proprietary multi-layer metallic composite sewn into the bag creates a complete Faraday cage that blocks all wireless signals simultaneously — EMF, EMP, WiFi, Cellular, 5G, VHF, UHF, Bluetooth, Satellite, RFID/NFC, GPS, and HF. 100% blocking when the VELCRO closure is fully sealed. No frequency gaps. No partial attenuation.
Lab-Tested EMP Attack Protection — MIL-STD-461G Compliant
Independently tested to MIL-STD-461G (RS105) for EMP compliance, the U.S. military standard for electromagnetic compatibility. Designed to help protect devices from EMP-related data erasure and disruption. Test documentation available on request.
🇺🇸 Made in the USA with Military-Grade Ballistic Nylon
Manufactured and assembled in the USA using military-grade ballistic nylon for long-term durability. The outer shell is water-resistant, abrasion-resistant, and built for years of daily carry without compromising shielding performance.
🔒 Secure VELCRO Closure for a Complete Signal Seal
The VELCRO closure is designed to create a full-perimeter seal around the Faraday compartment opening. Press firmly across the full length, including the corners, for complete signal isolation. No magnets. No zippers. No signal gaps.
👜 Pocket Layout + Carry Options Both variants carry a main shielded Faraday pocket plus unshielded storage for cards, cash, and small items. The Standard keeps it compact with a single front accessory pocket — light enough to disappear into a bag or glovebox. The Crossbody adds a back-side quick-access pocket and a detachable shoulder strap that converts it from travel-ready crossbody to compact sleeve in seconds. 📡 Blocks the Full Range of Wireless Signals
All 12 wireless protocols simultaneously attenuated to help limit connectivity for enhanced data security - EMF · EMP · WiFi · Cellular · 5G · VHF · UHF · Bluetooth · Satellite · RFID/NFC · GPS.
How to Use

Getting Set Up

  1. Crossbody only — attach or detach the shoulder strap. Clip to both D-rings for crossbody or shoulder carry, or detach it for pocket and purse use. If you have the Standard, start at step 2.
  2. Place your phone fully inside the main Faraday pocket. Ensure the device sits completely inside with no part protruding past the opening — any protrusion creates a signal gap.
  3. Seal the VELCRO closure completely. Fold the pouch flap over and press firmly along the entire folded length from one side to the other, including the corners. An incomplete seal dampens but may not eliminate signals.
  4. Verify the seal is working. Call your phone from another device — it should go directly to voicemail with zero ringing. Or use a free RF meter app and confirm readings drop to zero across cellular, WiFi, and Bluetooth.
  5. Use the accessory pockets freely. The other pockets are not shielded and can be accessed without disturbing the Faraday seal.

For Maximum Privacy and EMF Protection

  • Airport: Seal before entering terminals. Your device will not appear on any WiFi scanner, Bluetooth sniffer, or signal tracker while sealed.
  • Office / Sensitive Meetings: A sealed phone cannot access the microphone, camera, GPS, or data — eliminating remote surveillance via apps or rogue networks.
  • Commuting: Blocks location tracking via Bluetooth beacons, WiFi positioning, and cell tower triangulation in cars, trains, and transit.
  • Public Events: Completely invisible to RF scanning systems used at concerts, protests, and crowded public spaces.
  • EMF Health: Carry your sealed phone in the bag rather than directly in a pocket to eliminate body-contact EMF exposure throughout the day.

Care Instructions

  • Clean exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
  • Keep the VELCRO closure free from lint and debris. Clear with a soft brush if sealing resistance increases.
  • Do not puncture, cut, or sharply fold the shielding layer — this can damage the metallic composite and reduce effectiveness.
  • Do not machine wash. Air dry completely after any cleaning before use.

I love the phone faraday bag! It's well stitched and good material. There are five different pockets. One seals with velcro, one closes with a long zipper on the outside, one half pocket thats made with elastic and netting on the otherside of the bag, one with that closes with a snap and another that you can slide things into. The strap is adjustable. High quality and again well made and looking fwd to having it a long time.

Faraday travel case for my iPhone

I love my new case for my phone. I can put my phone with phone case still on it, into the travel case. There are two other pockets in the case and I can put my key fob in one of them and I can put some extra credit cards, cash and passport in another pocket and the faraday bag keeps passport and credit cards safe so my information can’t be stolen. He has a strap that goes over my shoulder and it protects my body from EMF transmission on all sides of the case. it was a must have item!

Does not work as advertised

Sad to say, half the time, this bag still get texts and functions even when sealed inside. Please look into other faraday protection other than this bag. I am so bummed because $100 is a lot to pay for a polyester not very flattering bag. I thought it would work for sure. Disappointed.

Hello,

Certain factors can occasionally impact this product such as the device not being pushed all the way down to the bottom of the pouch, stitching irregularities, or the snap and Velcro closure not being properly closed. Occasionally, when close to a router (where WiFi power levels are at their highest), occasionally, the increased signal near the router will allow your device to ring but data cannot be received by the cell phone. For proper use, your device should be powered off to prevent overheating and damage to the battery. Our signal blocking shielding causes devices that are powered on to draw additional power and create additional EMF radiation. This additional EMF emission and power drainage can cause a battery to overheat.

If, for any reason, you're dissatisfied with your product, we welcome you to apply our 30 day return policy. We have provided the the link to the return policy : https://defendershield.com/returns

Best wishes,

Cell phone faraday bag

Love, love, love my cell phone faraday bag. Wouldn't want to be without it. Night time and flying, I put my phone in airplane mode in the faraday pocket. Daytime use I put my phone in the middle pocket for emf protection when streaming while doing house or yard work. The other pockets accommodate a small wallet, pen, other small items when shopping, with car keys clipped to strap with cabiner. No more shoulder pain as I can leave the larger purse behind. Careful though! My LG phone fits but my friend is sad that her larger Cricket phone does not fit.

It broke, I sewed it up, it broke, I sewed it and it broke again and again and again!!!

Until I threw it out! So disappointed in the quality of the part where the strap connects to the bag.
First one side became undone. Then I sewed it up.
Then the OTHER side's stitching fell apart and I hand sewed that one too.
Then the other side's metal part broke, I adjusted the lobster clasp thing.
Then it happened to the other side!!!
It's so expensive, and finally, while chasing a bus, it fell on the disgusting ground
and I gave up.
You need to fix the connection part where the straps meet the bag and
make sure it doesn't come apart at the seams!!!
Also, the bag needs to be a little bit more roomier.
Other than that - it's fine. Ugly bag, but fine.

Cell Phone Faraday Teavel Bag

It is very important to me to be safe from the toxicity and dangerous energies all around us. The Farady travel bag was purchased for my mom and my husband will always keeps his cell phone and his back pocket.I would recommend this product to everyone to shield yourselves from cell phone radiation. I am now anxious to purchase one for myself. A good idea would be to purchase one of these items as a birthday gift for any of your family members. I wish the pricing for these products were a bit cheaper and hopefully in the future they will be more cost-effective. I will say that I also purchased among the many items I purchased, the phone holster and although it was size large and based on its dimensions it should’ve fit my husband’s Samsung note 9, it did not fit. So this is something to look into.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Ultra Armor ConcealShield Cell Phone Faraday Travel Bag – EMF + RFID Blocking Privacy Pouch FAQ

No — and this distinction matters. Airplane mode is a software switch that relies on your phone doing what it claims. Many phones still allow passive GPS reception in airplane mode, some apps can spoof the toggle without actually disabling radios, and Apple's Find My network can locate an iPhone even when it appears powered off by using low-energy Bluetooth chips running on residual power. The ConcealShield provides physical containment: the multi-layer metallic composite creates a Faraday cage that blocks all electromagnetic signals regardless of your phone's software state. You don't have to trust the operating system. The physics do the work.

While your phone is sealed inside, it is completely unreachable. Incoming calls go directly to voicemail with no ringing. Texts are held and delivered the moment you unseal and your phone reconnects. Tracking apps — including Life360, Google Maps, Apple Find My, and family-sharing tools — freeze on the last known location and display an aging timestamp. No alert is sent that the device went offline. When you remove the phone, everything catches up instantly, the same as turning airplane mode off.

Not reliably. A phone that appears off may still retain low-power states that can be exploited. Your location can still be tracked. On iPhones, Apple's Find My network continues operating via Bluetooth Low Energy chips even when the device is powered down — a deliberate design feature. Some Android phones maintain similar low-power tracking modes. And since most modern smartphones have non-removable batteries, you can't fully cut power the way you could with older devices. The ConcealShield provides verifiable, physics-based isolation: when fully sealed, no signal of any kind enters or exits — independent of whatever the phone's software is doing internally.

When the VELCRO closure is fully sealed, the Ultra Armor shielding blocks all 12 major wireless protocols simultaneously: EMF, EMP, WiFi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), Cellular (5G, 4G LTE, 3G, 2G), VHF, UHF, Bluetooth, Satellite, RFID/NFC, GPS, and HF. This is independently verified through lab testing to MIL-STD-461G (RS105) for EMP compliance. Test documentation is available on request.

While your phone is sealed inside a properly functioning Faraday bag, it cannot be tracked via any wireless method. No cell tower triangulation, no GPS ping, no WiFi positioning, no Bluetooth beacon, and no IMSI catcher (including Stingray devices) can reach a sealed device. Your phone goes completely dark to every scanning system in range. You can still be tracked through other means — other devices on your person, cameras, or the bag itself being visible — but your phone specifically is electromagnetically isolated. The ConcealShield does not jam signals; it absorbs and redirects them, which is entirely legal for personal use in all 50 states.

Yes, completely. Using a Faraday bag is legal for personal use in all 50 US states and most countries worldwide. The ConcealShield blocks signals by absorbing and redirecting electromagnetic energy — it does not jam, interfere with, or transmit anything. It functions no differently, legally, than placing your phone in a metal container. The only context where signal-blocking could be legally relevant is if a specific court order required you to maintain signal accessibility, which does not apply to normal consumer use.

Two quick tests.

First, seal your phone inside, then call it from another phone — it should go straight to voicemail with zero ringing.

Second, send a text and confirm no delivery receipt appears. For a more precise measurement, use a free RF meter app before and after sealing: readings should drop to zero across cellular, WiFi, and Bluetooth when the bag is properly sealed. The most common reason a bag fails a test is an incompletely sealed VELCRO closure — press the full length firmly, including the corners, every time.

Slightly, if left sealed for extended periods, because your phone continuously searches for a signal it cannot find. In practice, the drain is modest during normal use. For long-term storage or overnight use, switching to airplane mode before sealing eliminates this entirely while maintaining the same isolation benefit.

Five specific differences:

1. Full 12-protocol spectrum coverage — many budget bags cover 10 MHz–3 GHz, missing VHF, UHF, HF, satellite, and emerging 5G bands. Our shielding is tested to block up to 110 GHz.

2. MIL-STD-461G EMP lab certification — an independently documented result, not a self-reported claim.

3. Detachable shoulder strap and multiple pockets — our crossbody bag is a functioning travel bag.

4. Made in the USA from military-grade ballistic nylon.

5. 1-year manufacturer warranty — not available on budget alternatives.

The shielding material is the critical difference: the Ultra Armor multi-layer metallic composite is independently tested to block the widest range of RF frequencies on the market; most budget bags use a single layer of unverified fabric with no documentation to back the claim.

Yes — and this is one of the things that distinguishes the ConcealShield from bags positioned purely as cybersecurity tools. The Ultra Armor shielding blocks all wireless electromagnetic emissions from your device, while other Faraday bags block a smaller part of the spectrum. . Customers who carry their phones in a pocket or bag throughout the day use the ConcealShield specifically to eliminate that body-contact exposure during transit, travel, and rest.
