  • US Domestic Shipments

    >> All US domestic residential and commercial orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, and USPS with delivery time typically within 2-5 business days.

    >> Shipping is a flat rate of $8.99 on all US domestic orders under $150. US orders over $150 qualify for Free Shipping.

    >> Smaller packages, PO boxes, and larger shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are usually are sent via USPS or UPS, and remaining shipments are sent via FedEx.

    >> If you cannot receive USPS or FedEx packages to your address or to the local post office, please contact us to ensure we ship with the appropriate method.

  • International Shipments

    >> International shipping methods are FedEx International Connect Plus® or FedEx International Economy®.

    >> Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are calculated and collected at checkout for most international shipments. These charges are estimates based on your shipping address and product information. If you are not charged for duties and taxes at checkout, you will be responsible for paying any associated duties and taxes to release your package from customs in your country.

    >> We use accurate product classifications (HS codes) and country of origin data to ensure proper calculations.

    >> International Mail orders can experience delays of up to 4 weeks (sometimes longer) due to customs and delivery regulations in the country of delivery. Please contact the Customs Agency in your country for more information.

    >> Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on size and weight of the shipment.

  • International Taxes & Duties Processing

    >> For most countries internationally, we calculate estimated taxes and duties and collect payment at checkout.

    >> We ship your package with a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) label. This process is outlined below:

    >>> The seller/shipper (DefenderShield) pays all import duties/taxes upfront (after collecting from the customer).

    >>> The carrier (FedEx) presents the package to customs with duties already covered. The buyer should not get any surprise bills.

    >>> Customs checks the paperwork (invoice, tariff code, declared value).

    >>> If the prepaid amounts align with what customs calculates, the package clears seamlessly. If there’s a mismatch or extra requirements for that country, there can be delays.

Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
