Getting Set Up
1. Choose the model that matches your iPhone. Select iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, or iPhone 17 Pro Max. Make sure to check your phone settings (settings → general → about) to confirm your phone matches the phone model you are purchasing. Each case is precisely fitted to its model for camera cut-out alignment, button access, and port clearance.
2. Snap your phone into the metal-backed nesting. Align your iPhone with the anti-shock flexible nesting and press until it clicks securely into place. The nesting holds the phone magnetically to the wallet cover and protects against drops.
3. Load your cards and attach the wrist strap. Slide up to nine cards into the RFID-blocking slots, with cash or additional cards in the larger pocket behind the slots. Clip the included wrist strap to the case for secure carrying.
For Maximum EMF Reduction
• Keep the shielded front cover between your body and the phone at all times. When carrying in a pocket, ensure the front cover faces your body. When holding the phone to your ear, keep the cover closed between the screen and your face. This positions the Ultra Armor+® shielding directly between the EMF source and your body.

I've been using the DefenderShield Wallet Case for the past three iPhone models. I love the case except for one MAJOR flaw. The backside frame around the camera lens has always been too thin and weakens fairly quickly. With the larger size of the iPhone 17 opening in the back, I can tell this one won't even last as long as the previous two models. I'm surprised you have yet to come up with a better design to make this area more rigid/durable. Also, my wife and I don't want to buy the same color because we don't want to grab the wrong phone on the way out the door so one of us has to order brown. Why brown when Apple doesn't even make a brown colored phone? Should have been blue to match their blue offering.

This was a horrible purchase. The magnet does not hold the phone in therefore the phone constantly falls out. The screen on my phone is broken now due to this. Never will I purchase from Defender Shield.

This is actually my second DefenderShield phone case, and the only reason I needed to buy another one is because I upgraded my phone! My first one held up beautifully, so when it was time for a new case, I didn’t hesitate to order another.
I had tried a different EMF-protection case from another company before finding DefenderShield, and there really was no comparison in the quality or how well it held up over time.
These cases are definitely an investment, but after owning two now, I really do think they’re worth it. If EMF protection is something that’s important to you and you want a case that also feels well made and lasts, I would absolutely recommend DefenderShield.

This is the only cell phone case I use. I have been a customer for many years. Love the protection it provides. My only issue is it is only available in black. I had a light green case and loved it. Just got a new phone and ordered a new case but now only black is offered. Please provide more colors!
I have an iPhone 17 pro Max. I’m not so much sure that it is your product as much as the design of the phone. There is such a thin section above the camera across the entire back that it is an issue with the quality of your case because it’s not enough stability at the top.

Best anti-radiation case out there
I am confident using the case; I reinforced the outer camera edge with duct tape and hard plastic to prevent the corner from bending back( a problem with my last case) and I covered the back with colored duct tape because BLACK blends into my car upholstery & every other dark surface.. I was constantly leaving it or not seeing it as an all black case. It’s not “elegantly understated” anymore but much more functional, & obviously mine.
Bulky and Unattractive

What I received was not what I ordered. I clicked on the iPhone 17 page and there were boxes to click for the different 17 styles. I wanted a 17 pro, clicked on it & got a plain 27, which won’t fit my phone. If the other options were not available, why would they be listed( & accepted) as an option???
I love the protection I got from this product. The strap is very handy so I don’t lose my phone and I like the wallet style so I can put my credit cards in it.
Extremely bulky vs older cases the company has offered. Gets the job done though.

This is my fifth purchase from DefenderShield and this case is far inferior to their other iPhone cases. Within the first month of use, the back of the case was damaged and started blocking the iPhone camera. In addition, the magnet does not hold the case in place so it frequently falls, which did not happen with my prior iPhone cases from the company. Do not recommend this case.

This is a real sturdy case. I love that there is an inner case i can remove if needed.
Great case overall and essentially the same as the previous iPhone 11 Pro Max case I bought from you guys. My one complaint is the thin, flimsy top of the back around the cameras. It should be sturdier.

The outer case is very floppy , it's not a tight fit like the one I had for my iphone 13 pro. I do like that I can remove the outercase and put the phone on my magnet in the car for navigation. My husband and I each bought one and are disappointed with the case. If you make a smaller outer case we would love to have a replacement. The protection is in the outer case.

I had my case for my phone for at least 5 years and it has been awesome. I will be ordering another one because I have a new phone. The case wore well for many years and I had all my credit cards and cash in it. I dropped my phone numerous times but the case protected my telephone. I stopped carrying a purse because the DefenderShield case was dependable and minimalistic. I hope my new case is as awesome as my last case.

The tolerances are just way off. You would expect a premium case like this to be snug. It is wobbly and bulky.
Love the idea. Love the DefenderShield Airtubes. This product on the other hand is just not up to par.
DefenderShield should stop selling this. Do a redesign that actually would fit the iPhone 17 Pro.
