2. Click your phone into the nesting. Press your iPhone into the anti-shock nesting with a metal-plated backing until it seats firmly. Then magnetize the back to the magnetic back cover of the wallet case.

Care Instructions

• Wipe down the phone cover with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging the case or using chemical cleaners.

• To ensure your case stays in peak condition, please avoid bending the corner near the magnetic wallet case’s camera cutout. Because of the slim design in this area, keeping it flat will help maintain the case’s structural integrity over time.

• Brush dust with a dry cloth.

• Keep magnetic contact points and the VELCRO-free closure area clear of lint and debris.

Disgruntled

My husband has a Samsung A50. He has a defendershield case (as have I) but wanted one with a cutout for the camera.
I have tried unsuccessfully and very expensively to find the appropriate case for it on your website but as you deal only with iPhones on your website I got the measurements wrong and bought two which don’t fit and I have returned, paying expensive postage. I don’t have the courage to try again. I have already emailed you explaining the problem but received no reply, which is disappointing.

Third case from Defender Shield!

My husband and I upgraded our phones, so I needed a new, larger case and order a first one for him. I had no hesitation in ordering another Defender Shield phone case! I loved my last one; it was well constructed/strong, easy to use; I love the magnetic option making it easy to take off, but holds very well, the slots for credit cards etc and pocket are very handy to use as a kind of wallet. It really. makes things simple and user friendly.

Bulky, and iPhone needs its own case

First of all, the case doesn’t hold a bare iPhone magnetically without its own Apple case. So the only option for the iPhone to stay in the case without slipping out is to use both cases. As a result, the EMF case doesn’t close well because it’s too thick. Add a few credit card, and it doesn’t close at all. I’m testing it to see how it fairs during travel etc, but right now it looks like I’ll have to return it.

Poor design

These cases worked great with my old iPhone 11, but Apple has moved the hearing mic for phone calls in the iPhone 15 pro max. You'd think DefenderShield would have adapted the case they claim to fit the new phone, but sadly, they did not update the cut out for the phone's microphone, so the case blocks the sound when trying to listen to callers on the phone. I cannot use with case closed because of this, which was the point of a radiation blocking case. With case closed, I can only hear phone calls on speakerphone.

The Magnetic Wallet Case is for people who want to consolidate — three RFID-blocking card slots, a wrist strap, and a detachable nesting that mounts on a car phone holder. It replaces a wallet and a phone case in one unit. The SlimFlip is for people who prioritize a thin profile — one card slot, no wrist strap, no detachable parts, and a slimmer form factor that slips into tight pockets and small bags. Both share the same Ultra Armor+® shielding and the same vegan leather build. The protection is identical; only the carry style differs.

Only when the cover is placed in between your body and your phone. The Ultra Armor+® shielding is in the front cover — not the back, not the sides. When you position the cover between you and the phone (pocket carry, held to your ear, rested on your lap), you get up to 99% EMF reduction at that contact point. This is intentional: a directional design lets the phone keep its full signal while protecting the side that touches you.

Neither is affected. The shielding faces one direction. Your phone’s antenna communicates through the unshielded back and sides exactly as it would without a case. Call quality, data speeds, Bluetooth connections, GPS accuracy, and battery drain all stay the same. The only thing that changes is how much radiation passes through the front cover toward your body.

All three: low-band, mid-band, and high-band millimeter wave. The Ultra Armor+® shielding is tested across the entire 60 Hz - 2.5 THz range. For the Magnetic Wallet case, the metal-backing on the nesting is not compatible with wireless charging stations. For the SlimFlip, the backing should be thin enough, with no magnets or metal incorporated, that it should work with most Qi-based wireless chargers. For a dependable charge, connect via USB-C.
