How to use

Wearing the Mask

1. Place the mask over your eyes. The memory foam contour should sit around your eye sockets with the shielded side facing your face. The foam creates a blackout seal around your eyes without pressing on them.

2. Adjust the back closure. Pull the VELCRO strap to a secure but comfortable fit. The mask should stay in place without being tight.

3. Check for light leaks. If light leaks around the nose bridge, gently press the foam to conform to your face shape. The contour is designed to block light from every angle.

When to Wear

• Nighttime sleep: block both ambient RF from WiFi, smart meters, and Bluetooth devices, and any light in the room.

• Day naps and shift work: complete blackout in bright conditions with added RF shielding.

Having magnetic field protection at night is necessary due to proximity of my sleeping area to electrical box with smart meter. I use the eye shield with beany to protect total head area at least for the sleeping hours. Eye shield has recesses to increase eye comfort that is essential to getting good rest.

THE GREATEST SLEEP WITH THE MASK!

I'm a night owl, stay up late(retired) and then sleep later. It helps eliminate all daylight in the am until I get up. And It eliminates all the effects of the little blue-light digital items and all WIFI continuing in my bedroom all night. I love the deeper sleep. I don't move a muscle for at least 6 hours straight after years of getting up every 2 hrs to use the bathroom.. I'm also loving the MicroDaily with EMF protection!

A Good Night's Sleep

A great sleep mask with or without EMP protection

This turned out to be the best sleep mask I have ever used, with or without EMP protection capabilities. It doesn't touch my eyes so very comfortable, and I see no light at all when I go to sleep. I use this with an EMP protection beanie at night and they work great. Highly recommended!
