Warranty (One Year Limited)

Effective from original purchase date

DefenderShield warrants this product and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. During this period, DefenderShield will replace defective products at no cost to the customer.

Exclusions: This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser when the product is used for its intended purpose under normal conditions. It does not apply to damages caused by drops, typical wear and tear, natural breakdown of colors or materials, accident, unreasonable use, improper care, modifications, alterations, or negligence.
Custom Products: DefenderShield EMF Shielding by the Foot is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not covered by the One Year Limited Warranty due to its custom measurements.

DefenderShield makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description. The warranty and remedies set forth are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, expressed or implied. No reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Limited Warranty Conditions

What is and isn't covered

  1. 1This warranty extends only to products distributed and/or sold by DefenderShield. DefenderShield does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any product made by anyone other than DefenderShield.
  2. 2This warranty covers only normal use. DefenderShield shall not be liable if any damage results from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, or improper electric current; service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized DefenderShield representative; or damages incurred through irresponsible use.
  3. 3DefenderShield EMF Wallpaper and DefenderShield EMF Shielding by the Foot is non-refundable and not covered by the One Year Limited Warranty.
  4. 4You must retain your proof of purchase to request warranty service.
  5. 5DefenderShield will cover the cost of shipping the warranty replacement.
  6. 6No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished in fulfillment of this warranty.
