Sophia Ruan Gushee is passionate about empowering people with the safest way to detox: avoiding toxic chemicals, heavy metals, and EMFs. In October of 2015 Sophia published her best selling book essential for those who want to create a healthy home titled, A-Z of D-toxing: The Ultimate Guide to Reducing our Toxic Exposures.Sophia has been featured on a number of popular platforms such as the Dr. Oz Show, MindBodyGreen, Today.com, Well+Good, as well as in many magazines.
