Nowadays, we’re spending a lot of time connected to mobile devices like laptops, tablets, and cell phones. The problem with this is all these devices emit a form of energy called Electromagnetic Field (EMF) radiation, or EMF radiation for short. When we constantly use our mobile devices close to our bodies over long periods of time, exposure to EMF radiation can become harmful.

While sleeping, keep your phone at least 4 feet away, and keep your WiFi router at least 10 feet away at all times.
So your job, or just your social lifestyle, needs you to be right next to your device, with it on and connected, 24/7. What can you do? First, wire up! Radio frequencies are created by a wireless connection. To eliminate these radio frequencies, use a wired keyboard, mouse, headphones and an Ethernet cable, instead of WiFi and Bluetooth options.
